At Quality Plating, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Our goal is to provide professional metal finishing services that meet or exceed industry standards. If you are not satisfied with the finish of your parts, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can assess the situation.
Due to the specialized nature of metal plating and polishing, most of our services are considered custom orders. Once plating or polishing has begun on your specific parts, we cannot offer refunds, as the process is irreversible and the parts are modified to your specifications.
Any request for refund or credit must be pre-approved by our management team before work ceases or before parts are returned. Please contact our office at (970) 848-2065 to discuss your concerns.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on statements within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
To the extent permissible by law, Quality Plating expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
